Unique Property Consultants Company ("Unique Property”) is focusing on Central, Sheung Wan and Western Hong Kong Island region. Our based founder accumulate the property leasing and sales experience since 1992 and now we build up our own professional team.In the past 20 years, Unique Property focusing on the property agency business at residential apartments, shops, parking spaces. And now, we will extend our business to the whole of Hong Kong: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories; in the meantime, our property agency business will not only focus on the properties but extended to commercial and industrial lands.Unique Property also provide after-sales service "property management", after the customer purchased the property, we will collect the rental from the tenant and disbursements management fees and general expenses on behalf of the owner, the most important task are to solve any problems which raise by the tenants and attend all kinds of meeting which related to the property on behalf of the owner. Our aim is make our customer can get the maximum interest from their property and minimize any problems which produce from them.Unique Property is not only about sales and purchase or lease of Property, more than that we are assisting the local developers for site acquisition project. In the past, we already assisting many site acquisition project successfully, at this moment, some project are still processing and almost complete.
